I Recently purchased an Indian motorcycle at Indian motorcycle Charlotte, and I must say that it was a very pleasurable experience. My salesman, Paul was very knowledgeable and attentive to all my concerns and had solutions throughout my buying experience. The dealership is immaculate, and I was very impressed with the very friendly attention and support I received from both, Parts and the Service Department. Did my paperwork with the general manager, didn't know she was the manager till I got home, no ego no politics just very friendly and very efficient, was in and out in a couple of hours. I have never spent that much money and been treated so well. Very refreshing to see that good old fashioned customer service is alive and well at Indian Motorcycles Charlotte.

I recently had the 121 BBK installed in my 2018 Indian Chieftain Darkhorse, and had a few hiccups along the way getting parts. But it was worth the wait! The bike runs amazing and it was absolutely worth the wait! Jackie Davis went out of her way to get my bike in there and get the work done as fast as possible, it was a great experience working with everyone there. well worth the 10 hour drive, I would do it again in a heartbeat. Update from my previous post. I did indeed come back and get a Chief Dark Horse. Same incredible experience. Bryan knew I wanted to eventually move to the CDH and let me know when a great model came in. He walked me through the whole process and made sure I was taken care of and happy with my new bike. Mike made the trade-in and financing process a breeze and Erica made sure everything was perfect with my bike before I rode away. I own a 2002 Indian Chief w/PP plus - thanks to Mike in your service department - I have had to fabircate a ton of offset brackets and such for pipes and Mike let me know which shortened the install - he warn'd me of the little relay below the electronic module under the dash you would never look for when troubleshooting, and the NAPA part #, major save there - and I was into this thing - I love my bike and it is like no other on the road - market gets better I'm next in line for another - all the best and thank again -

I have been riding Victory Motorcycles for around 8 years.

My wife started driving this year, and after a few months on a starter bike has been looking to move up.

After checking out the Victory website, she decided she wanted to get a closer look at a Vegas 8-Ball.

I did some on line searching and found one at this dealer, so we made a road trip last Saturday from Columbia, SC.I have been inside of nearly 20 Victory Dealers all over the country; this was by far the cleanest, most professional looking facility that I have ever seen.

My wife walked right over to the 8-Ball to take a look, and Andrew Nance, did an OUTSTANDING job of making us feel at home and answering all of our questions.

He understood that the bike was for HER, and made sure that she felt comfortable.

I can tell you this was not the case in some of the dealerships that we have visited.Andrew convinced my wife to test ride their Hammer-S demo, and understood that she has limited driving experience.

He chose a route that she was comfortable with, and let her set the pace.

She came back with a huge smile on her face after riding a Victory for the first time, and I attribute a lot of that to Andrew's patience.

The good news is, my wife is sold on Victory.

The bad news is, after riding the Hammer, she wants a Hammer 8-Ball, and we are going to have to wait for the '13 to come to Indian-Victory in Charlotte NC!

We made the trip from Texas (little over thousand miles up there) and I finally got me a 2012 Indian Chief Vintage. As of today have 1438 miles on it and no problems. Mark and his employees I give them a 10. We need a Indian dealer like Mark Moses down here in Texas. The man knows his Indians,explains things in detail with you. Been riding Harleys for many years and bought a Victory Cross County Tour and sold it to buy this Indian. The paint,chrome is notch's above Harley. Why I waited so long I do not know. My dad use to have a Indian 4cyl many years ago then he went to Harleys. He use to always talk about the Indian. He had hs Indian when he was young and I did not get mine till I was old. My son rides Harleys and he said his next one will be a Indian so we go back to Indian Charlotte to buy another one from Mark Moses.

Always dreamed of having our Indian. Charlotte Indian made the dream day perfect.. Treated with respect, felt like we were part of the family. Not blowing smoke this dealership is the real deal.....everyone has been a pure joy for us to work with.. My wife an I visited your store during the first week of July. The young man in the show room (Andrew) was very helpful. I bought several shirts, patches, pins, a belt buckle and a couple of bandanas. Even though Carolyn is not big into motorcycles she was very impressed with your store and the quality of your bikes.. One of her remarks was there was a certain amount of class that she hadn't found at the other motorcycle stores. We will be back and hopefully one day I will own a Chief.

I ordered a rebuild kit for the front brake caliper and a speedometer cable for my 1999 Chief. #1 I was impressed that you had the parts in stock and #2 I was amazed that I received them in 2 days. The parts are exact fit and good quality. I will order from you again, it feels good to have a dealer where you can get parts for a fairly rare bike.

I don't believe there is enough space to write everything I experienced at Indian Victory Charlotte. The owner and staff were unbelievablly helpful and patient while calling for several weeks prior to my purchasing. I must have had 83 questions, and called on each one of them it seems like. The time and care they took to make sure I was top priority and also getting the bike ready with my accessories was great. When I arrived to pick up the bike, they treated me with the utmost kindness, made me feel like we were friends for years. I've been to several HD Dealers in the past, and felt like I was a bothering them. If you've never been treated like "Royaltie" you have to visit this dealership. Although it's over 500 miles to this dealership, I look fwd to visiting them with all my bikes needs. I'm glad they're not closer, I might just buy another one! The staff that service the bikes are true friends, always there to answer any questions, offer suggestions, and give honest answers. By far the best Dealership I've ever been to.

I trailered my 2012 Vintage down to Charlotte after completing an Army school in KY. I had met with Mike and Andrew last December and set a plan into place for doing the Stage 1 upgrade.

Prior to this appointment, I also spoke with Andrew about putting a front bumper on Nijlon while she was being worked on.

Once I arrived, I added a derby cover and shift linkage to the total just because of the quality work in the service department.

While Nijlon was on the lift, I raided the showroom for lil goodies to take back to RI with me.

I can't say enough about Mike, Andrew, and Mark, who took time out of his day to talk with me about Indian stuff. Once Nijlon was done, Mike and Mark helped me load her back onto the trailer for the long ride home. My only regret is that these guys aren't closer to RI, lol! Thanks again Indian of Charlotte!!!

Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that even though I have only rode the 8-ball once since I picked it up, I really enjoyed it and thank you for selling it to me for what I think was a decent deal. I rode for at least 2 hours and had absolutely no Idea where I went. I just know I ended up at home smiling. Now all I have to do is sell the Kawasaki and I, and the wife will be happy.

You have a beautiful dealership there. Not only is it large and modern, it is well set-up for retail sales, sales of some beautiful machines from Indian and Victory. I enjoy being in your store and especially appreciate the collectables you have there, along with the modern machines. But most of all you have some good people working for you there whom made my buying experience relaxed and pleasant. Everything about my purchase was very professional and courteous.

I had made an appointment with Mike to get Chief Joseph worked on and do to illness and weather could not make it over,

Rescheduled, ran into weather again only to show up after you had closed,

When I pulled in from the highway, mike was pulling out to go on vacation...he turned around on a Saturday evening as he was leaving on vacation so that I could leave the bike.

The following Tuesday I called Andrew (definitely one of the nicest people you could meet) and he and the crew busted their butt to make sure our bike was ready (in new condition) for me to get back to Tennessee, even though I had done a poor job of communicating.

Charlotte Indian was the closest dealer when I pre-ordered my bike in July. (500 miles away.) The stage was set when Mark answered the phone personally when I called to ask about getting a new Indian. 30 minutes later he had my deposit and my loyalty. It is obvious to anyone who meets him, he is the real deal. As the wait for the bike dragged out, I got to talk to Mike, Rose Mary and Andrew. They were the definition of professional and pure gold when it came to answering any questions I had (there were a lot). I could tell that this was a pretty special team. Finally the call came and I made the trip to pick up the bike. Mike and Rose Mary really went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. I had a very tight window to pick up the bike and they made it look easy. Since that first call in July, Polaris has opened up three other Indian dealers that are much closer to me. I told Mark that they could open one up in my town but it won't matter; Charlotte Indian is my dealer. I have never felt more like a V.I.P. in my life. Every expectation I had was exceeded and my wife was blown away just watching it all go down. I will tell this story 100 times in the years to come. Thanks guys.

I have had work done on a previously owned Chief by Mike and others at the Charlotte dealer and I cannot say enough. From top Mark down to the sales in the store, every one has gone out of their way to make sure I had what I needed or the information I wanted. Purchased a 2014 Chieftain in May of 2014. Mark worked with me on financing and gave me top dollar for my trade in. I came all the way from FL to purchase from him because my local dealers could not touch his deal. When I got there to pick it up the aftermarket passenger floorboards was installed along with the passenger backrest. The wife and I rode it 500 miles in the mountains and the dealer performed my break in service. I called them a year later to reschedule another service and they once again bent over backwards to accommodate my needs since Im out of town. Great dealer great service department. My friends and I have been going on a bike trip every Memorial day Weekend for the past 14 years. This year we decided to ride down to Charlotte for the Coke Cola 600 race, while on or way down from Massachusetts my 2001 Indian Centennial Chief encountered a starter problem leaving me to jump start it every time we stopped. After the purchase, Mark gave me more information and details about my new bike than I have ever experienced in any purchase of anything period. Everything about the purchase of my 2016 Chieftain (custom paint #4 of 5) was wonderful. The special touch details this dealership provides is off the charts. Even the paperwork concerning the deal has a large sticker, printed off, with your name on it. Since I was buying a special bike with an exclusive, never to be repeated paint scheme, I was also provided with a framed certificate of ownership telling about the bike. And I received an Indian Head penny from Mark's own collection...not to mention some other free stuff given by Mark. Now that is just some information about the deal...which made me feel like I was a rock star or something. BUT AFTER PICKING UP THE BIKE and now having the chance to ride it on some familiar roads I would ride my former bike (2011 Victory Cross Roads) on every day, I am impressed and happy beyond measure at how well my 2016 Chieftain performs. I have never ridden on any bike period that can come close to the handling and ride I get with my Chieftain. Mark refers to the Indian as a premium bike...and after riding it I can testify he was not making some salesman type statement to sell a new bike. The Indian is a premium bike. Having never owned a motorcycle in my life (34 years at the time) I was both eager and anxious to purchase my first with my newly obtained training course certification and endorsement. I had driven past that giant Indian sign off of the interstate for many years but I finally had a real reason to notice it and take note of the brand Indian Motorcycle. I checked out a few other brands but was immediately sold on the brand and beauty of my Indian Scout. The owner, Mark, who was also my salesman, preached the history of Indian to me when I came in for my scheduled visit. He didn't try to sell me a bike, he wanted me to know the rich history of Indian and the passion that those own one have for them. The bike spoke for itself. I am proud to say that the same passion now flows in my blood. Indian for life! I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised. I was still walking with a limp from an accident and Holly met me at the service entrance and invited me in, made sure I didn't need anything and asked my how she could help me. I told her who I was there to see, and I was taken care of until Ryan was free to meet with me. He was very helpful and courteous, had the Scout all ready for the demo ride and even brought it out to me so I didn't have to walk back in the the dealership after retreaving my helmet from the back parking lot. After the demo ride, I went to see Tim and we talked about my financing and terms, any options I wanted added, and he handled all the paperwork. Everything was explained before papers were signed and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. Richie made sure my new bike was ready to go when I was finished in finance and went over the service intervals and break in procedures with me. I was treated like family at every step and that is something I really appreciated. You absolutely will not find a better group of people to get a motorcycle from. Mark knows and loves the brand and made sure he got the right people, the right vibe and ensures the sense of family that is lacking from most other places I've been to. All I can really say is thank you.
